How to operate the profile bending machine safety
1.The worktable and the bending surface should be kept level,and prepare all kinds of mandrel and tools.
2. Installed the mandrel ,forming shaft,block shaft and the variable iron frame according to the fabricated shapes diameter and bending radius,the mandrel diameter should be 2.5 times than rebar
3. Check the mandrel,block,turntable should without damage and cracks,the protective cover should be fasten and reliably,and after empty operation to confirm the normal operation.
4. The part of the steel bar need to be bent should insert the space of the fixed pin and the other end should be close to fix pin,press tighten with hands.Check the fuselage pin is installed on the side of bar, before starting.
5. During the operation,it is forbidden to change mandrel,pin,change angle and adjust and refueling or cleaning.
6. When bending steel bar,it is strictly forbidden to exceed the diameter,number of roots and mechanical rotation speed of the machine.
7. It is strictly forbidden to stand on one side of the fuselage without fixed pin within the radius of bending rebar operation.the bent semi-finished products should be stacked
10. The maintenance or turning of rotary table be carried out after the brake is shut off.
