1, HOW to customize printing and products?
Please send us your designed drawing in AI or PDF, and let us know your requirements of the materials, printing and color, surface finish, etc..
Or, please let us know your idea of your design, we will assist to make full of your design, meanwhile, we will send our suggestion to make your product perfect.
2, What’s the sample policy?
When price confirmed, customer can require samples to check our quality.
We provide blank sample in free, and certain cost for digital sample.
Express freight will paid by customer.
3, What’s the sample lead time?
Samples can be ready for delivery within 3-7 days, and express will cost about another 2-3 days.
4, How to ensure product quality?
In 10% of order process-material preparation, 25% before packing, we will arrange Inline and final inspection to ensure that customers’ production quality is good.
Customer can ask for third agency to check the production quality or we find inspection agency for customer to test our products quality.
5, What’s the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity.
The production starts when we receive the deposit from customer, and normally to finish within 25days.
If order quantity is quite large, we will suggest to deliver the cargo container by container.
6, What if customer don’t satisfied with the cargo they received?
First of all, we will require customer send us pics of the cargo they received, and compare with the mass production product left in our factory.
We will look into and find out what cause products defect and make sure if it’s problem caused by communication confusion between our sales team and customer, or because of production.
We will re-produced and send by air at cost of our factory if confirmed the problem is caused by our factory, or give customer discount.
If problem is not caused by factory, we will first support customer to ensure their interests, then we can make a negotiation on how to balance both interests.
